If an item arrives with a print defect or damage, send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free. Because every order is custom, we can't take returns for change of mind or for details you approved on the mockup, so please check it carefully.

What is the minimum order?

15 pieces per product. Want to check quality first? Order a single sample.

Are there setup or embroidery fees?

No. Setup and embroidery digitizing are included in the price you see.

Can you ship to different addresses?

Yes. Shipping to one US address is included. Each extra address is quoted at our shipping cost.

What logo files can I send?

PNG, SVG, PDF or AI work best. A high-resolution file gives the cleanest print.

When do I pay?

After you approve your mockup. We ask for full payment before printing because every order is made for you.

How long does it take?

Standard is 7-10 business days after approval. Rush is 4-6 business days for 20% more. Express is quoted case by case.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint the affected items free.
