Shipping

Free shipping on every order to all 50 U.S. states. We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1-3 business days to prepare and pack your order.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7-15 days of purchase.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time shown, we'll email you with a new estimated date and you may cancel for a full refund. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@shopallthatjazz.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement or refund you under our 30-day guarantee.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before your order ships.
