How long will it take?
- Processing: 1-3 business days to prepare and pack your order.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7-15 days of purchase.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
If your order is late
If we can't ship your order within the time shown, we'll email you with a new date and you can choose to cancel for a full refund. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, write to us and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@shopallthatjazz.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement or refund you (see our 30-day guarantee).
Address changes
Need to fix your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before your order ships.
