We want you to be happy with every order. If your item is damaged, faulty, missing parts, not as described, or never arrives, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How it works
- Email hello@shopallthatjazz.com with your order number.
- Add a photo or short video that shows the problem.
- We'll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund you to your original payment method.
In most cases you don't need to send anything back.
What isn't covered
- Change-of-mind returns for items that arrive in good working order.
- Damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to show up.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
